We stumbled upon this spot while looking to try some local flavors in Valencia, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for a hot afternoon. The patatas bravas were hands down the best we’ve had in the city, and the pulled pork sandwich was simply outstanding, comforting, and instantly felt like home. Their wine is another highlight and definitely worth trying. What made the experience even more special was Ricardo’s hospitality. He was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had exactly what we wanted while keeping us great company throughout. All in all, a wonderful place with delicious food, and heartfelt service. Absolutely a must-visit in Valencia!

Best bravas in town! I couldn’t believe the texture and flavor. I asked the chef for his secret behind that perfect balance—crunchy yet soft—and he kindly, passionately explained. First, you have to start with a great product (he only buys locally). Secondly, never skip steps in the cooking process just to save time or money—which means no frozen potatoes. It takes patience to prepare the best and most amazing patatas bravas I’ve ever tried! And of course, the sauce… rich, layered, full of flavor. My original idea was just to grab a snack, but after trying the bravas, I was hooked. I ended up ordering the grilled cheese sandwich and was left speechless. The bread was incredible—top quality, with that distinctive sourdough flavor. The cheese was Idiazábal from the Basque Country (yes, the real Idiazábal). And if that wasn’t enough deliciousness, it came with an incredible pesto sauce that was to die for. I also loved that they offer a vegetarian sandwich option, which my friend ordered: grilled aubergine and peppers. Once again, you could taste the quality of the vegetables and the olive oil. (My mouth is watering just remembering it!) I didn’t get the chance to try the pulled pork sandwich, but the chef was kind enough to let us sample a bit. And yes—the pork is Duroc (IYKYK). Now I have to go back and try it properly, so my next trip to Valencia is already in the works!

Authentic Patatas Bravas with real character! A super cool spot with a clear concept and great design. The Patatas Bravas were honestly some of the best I’ve had in Spain – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The brava sauce had a smoky kick, and the aioli was perfectly creamy. Everything is homemade and crafted with care, using regional ingredients. The chef and owner himself is an incredibly nice guy. We had a little chat and got some free stuff to try and some recommendations for our stay. Definitely worth a visit!

What a gem!! Not your “meh” standardized sandwiches/bocadillo at all!!! Finally some amazing flavor, juiciness and real food in the bread hahahaha!!! The owner is super friendly and you can feel his passion for eating local which I find super cool!! The bread is also special bakery stuff not frozen batch feeling at all!! The patatas bravas comes with an interesting sauce which is red pepper based! My husband is a huuuuuge fan And the pulled pork sandwich is to die for 真的很好吃，三明治有点像高级版肉夹馍，哈哈！很推荐
